The medical team confirms who must attend retrieval, transfer, or other procedures, where, and when. Confirm appointment and stay requirements and booking change terms.
Clinical contacts and finances
Consultation, nursing coordination, financial discussion, and project services have different roles. Record the contact, time zone, and channel for each; important changes follow confirmed information.
Beyond medical appointments
Visas, admission, surrogacy law, birth documents, and residence-country requirements are separate. Medical feasibility does not satisfy every travel and legal condition. Check these early with the appropriate parties.
