Where are you in your preparation?
With embryos
Records and receiving assessment
Review the storage location and records, coordinate HRC acceptance review, and learn about matching preparation.
Preparation with embryos →Without embryos
Consultation and embryo preparation
HRC assesses the medical route. We help explain surrogacy services, matching, and project arrangements.
Preparation without embryos →Start with a consultation
We first discuss your embryo preparation, location, and main needs, then explain the service scope and preparation.
If you have embryos, ask HRC Fertility about records review and acceptance requirements. If you do not, begin with a medical consultation and embryo preparation. We help coordinate contact and records communication.
Our services and project coordination
We explain the preparation required and coordinate matching conversations, records, appointments, and project milestones within the agreed scope. Recruitment, screening, matching, and pregnancy services are explained individually before formal services begin.
- Identify your day-to-day contact and outstanding project tasks.
- Coordinate introductions, conversations, and preparation after a match.
- Communicate HRC Fertility’s record and appointment requirements.
- Coordinate contact with attorneys, insurance specialists, and other professionals.
- Follow progress and explain changes and actions needed from you.
Clinicians interpret medical reports. The relevant professionals explain agreements, parentage, and insurance; our role is project work and communication.
HRC Fertility provides fertility medical care
HRC Fertility handles fertility consultations, examinations, treatment plans, medications, embryo assessment and use, transfer, and related follow-up. We coordinate appointments and records; we do not diagnose, treat, or make medical decisions.
Medical appointments, informed consent, and medical payments follow HRC Fertility’s requirements. Obstetric follow-up and delivery care are provided by the treating obstetric clinicians and hospital.
Legal, insurance, and fund management
Attorneys handle applicable law, agreements, and parentage procedures. Insurance reviews and fund management are handled by the relevant professionals or institutions. We help coordinate contact.
The engagement scope, signed documents, payee, and fees for each service are explained separately so that responsibilities are clear.
Service scope and fees
Before formal services, we explain the work within the agreed scope and clarify the responsibilities and fees of each party.
