Preparation and responsibilities at each stage.
Initial consultation
Describe your location, embryo status, and questions so we can explain service scope and contact channels.
- Existing embryos: identify the storing institution and records before asking HRC about receiving requirements.
- No embryos: discuss HRC medical consultation and embryo preparation.
- Service questions: discuss matching, cost categories, and project coordination.
We coordinate contact and records communication; relevant professionals explain medical, legal, and insurance questions. Initial contact does not require medical or identity documents.
Evaluation and preparation
HRC evaluates medical readiness; attorneys verify family circumstances and legal requirements; relevant professionals or institutions explain insurance and funds.
Organize records and authorizations as requested. We help track submitted records, missing items, and pending assessments. Clinicians determine whether existing tests can be used; attorneys verify legal applicability and documentation.
Embryos and matching
Clarify medical, legal, and service conditions before matching. Whether embryo preparation and matching can run together depends on current preparation and requirements.
We coordinate introductions and conversations. Ask which evaluations are complete or pending, and discuss contact, participation, and privacy. Both parties choose freely whether to accept.
An unsuccessful introduction, withdrawal, or rematching is handled under applicable service and fee terms. Screening and mutual acceptance do not replace later clinical or legal preparation.
Agreements and transfer preparation
After a match, continue agreement, insurance, funds, and medical preparation. Attorneys explain rights and responsibilities; HRC confirms treatment conditions.
- Legal: attorneys verify agreements and pre-treatment steps.
- Medical: clinicians confirm tests, medication, appointments, and transfer.
- Insurance and funds: responsible providers explain coverage and payment conditions.
We coordinate meetings, records, and progress. The clinic confirms treatment dates; medication and treatment changes follow clinical instructions.
Transfer and pregnancy
HRC arranges transfer, testing, result interpretation, and medication changes. The treating obstetric clinician handles subsequent pregnancy care. We coordinate appointments, records, and project communication within the agreement.
Clarify regular updates, contact times, and authorization to share health information. Doctors explain important medical questions.
After an unsuccessful transfer or medical change, obtain the doctor’s assessment before addressing agreement, budget, and travel effects. Use the responsible doctor or local emergency services for urgent medical problems rather than waiting for ordinary inquiry channels. See pregnancy and birth arrangements.
Birth and follow-up
Prepare hospital contacts, medical communication, legal documents, and family attendance. Accompaniment, visits, and rooms follow hospital rules and the parties’ consent. The responsible clinicians and hospital provide obstetric and newborn care.
After birth, separately address discharge and follow-up, parentage and registration, and applicable travel documents. International clients also need residence-country registration and travel requirements explained by attorneys and authorities.
We assist within the agreed scope. At closing, reconcile outstanding bills, remaining funds, document progress, and subsequent contact responsibilities.
Timing and changes
Medical evaluation, matching, agreements, insurance, and documents affect timing. Beginning evaluation with complete records, accepting a match, and entering treatment preparation are different stages; any estimate needs a clear start and end.
We coordinate work for your current situation. After changes, identify remaining tasks, responsible parties, and effects on later arrangements. Discuss what can proceed in parallel and what must wait.
The clinic confirms appointments and attendance. Ask attorneys or authorities about legal and administrative timing. Confirm appointments and booking change terms before travel.
