Information in an inquiry
The contact form collects your name and phone number with a country calling code. WeChat, email, preparation stage, services of interest, preferred language, and a message are optional. We use this information to respond and follow up on services. Do not submit medical records, identity documents, account information, or other sensitive documents. The form does not accept attachments.
Visit tracking and inquiry records
The site loads a visitor tracking script to understand page visits and inquiry paths. A visitor identifier may associate visits from the same browser. Server-side forwarding includes the visitor IP address, browser information, and available geographic information. Inquiry and related visit records are sent to a customer relationship management system for contact and service follow-up, not public display.
The phone selector also uses a server-provided country hint based on the network location. You can change it. That country endpoint does not return your full IP address to the browser.
Submitting information
Your browser sends tracking and inquiry information to this website’s endpoints; the server forwards it to the CRM. Successful submission displays a confirmation. If confirmation is not received, the entered information is retained on the page when the interactive form is in use. You can also contact us by email using your email service.
Access and requests
Access is limited to the relevant inquiry and service personnel and necessary technical processing. To ask about storage or request correction or deletion, email [email protected] and describe your request. Appropriate identity verification may be needed.
