Payments and changes

Before paying, confirm the charge, payment milestone, and settlement terms if arrangements change.

Payees and payment documents

We help distinguish surrogacy services from other professional costs. Our service fees follow formal documents; HRC explains medical charges for actual care; ask attorneys, insurers, and fund managers about their charges.

Match each quote to the service, payee, currency, and conditions. Similar item names can describe different work: check for duplicate budgeting or an assumption that a professional fee is included.

  • Which quote, agreement, or bill supports payment?
  • Who receives it and for which services?
  • Is it a fixed fee, reserve, or actual expense?
  • Where will you obtain proof and follow-up explanations?

Reconfirm changed payee details using a previously verified channel. The public inquiry form is not for payments or account/card details.

Service fees, reserves, and third-party expenses

Service fees cover agreed work; funds for future expenses follow agreed payment conditions; third-party providers issue their own charging documents. Similar labels can have different settlement rules.

Funds not yet paid out may already cover confirmed obligations. Review amounts paid, committed but unpaid, and undecided rather than only the account balance.

We help summarize questions. Documents and the responsible institution explain custody, authorization, and settlement. Ask your own attorney about unclear legal meaning before accepting.

Payment conditions and milestones

Before starting, ask whether signing, assessment, matching, and later stages require payment and what triggers each one. Continuing discussions, accepting a match, and completing professional work may be different milestones.

At each stage, check completed work, what the payment covers, and remaining expected expenses. We help track progress; actual payees explain charges and issue evidence.

Resolve discrepancies between a notification and your understanding against the documents. A calendar date alone does not establish that all agreed payment conditions are met.

Rematching costs

Declining an introduction, withdrawal after acceptance, and new assessment findings may follow different paths. We identify when the change occurred before checking the applicable service terms.

  • Whether further introductions or rematching are included and on what conditions.
  • Completed work and corresponding charges.
  • Whether medical, psychological, legal, or insurance reviews must be repeated.
  • Paid third-party costs versus unused funds.

Settlement depends on completed work and the agreement. Obtain explanations before additional costs are incurred.

Costs after a medical plan changes

HRC first assesses further treatment or transfer. We coordinate project work; the medical team and billing department explain treatment and medical fees respectively.

Review medication, testing, laboratory work, travel, and carrier expenses affected by the change. Ask each payee to mark new, retained, and cancelled items.

If matching or agreements are affected, involve the service team and each party’s attorney. Another transfer, rematching, and ending a project do not automatically share a settlement rule.

Pausing or ending a project

Contact your confirmed service contact. We help summarize current status and questions for each provider; applicable service documents and third-party rules govern charges.

Separate completed services, incurred professional costs, unused funds, and bills not yet received. For outstanding responsibilities, clarify reserves, the next reconciliation, and conditions for releasing balances.

  • Account cutoff and included items.
  • Work or invoices supporting unclear deductions.
  • Application, document submission, and settlement contacts.
  • Agreed statements and final settlement documents.

Refund conditions and timing follow the contract and responsible institution, not this general page.

Billing questions

Identify the item, amount, service date, payee, and supporting document, then describe the discrepancy and supply the relevant records securely.

Ask us about our fees, HRC’s department about medical bills, and the relevant provider about insurance or legal costs. We help coordinate contacts and progress but cannot amend another provider’s bill or give legal judgments.

For formal disputes, retain originals and consult your attorney. Do not post bills containing health, identity, or account information in public groups.
