Surrogacy preparation without embryos

Discuss embryo preparation with HRC Fertility while learning about surrogacy services, matching conditions, and budget. We coordinate services and do not provide medical evaluation or treatment.

Main preparation

  1. Consultation

    HRC medical preparation

Summarize prior tests and treatment so HRC can assess the medical route.

  2. Embryo preparation

    Medical plan and budget

Discuss HRC’s plan and fees alongside surrogacy service scope.

  3. Project arrangements

    Matching order and travel

Discuss progress and attendance around medical and matching requirements.

Begin with an HRC medical consultation

HRC Fertility evaluates and arranges testing, treatment, embryo formation, and storage. We help coordinate appointments, records communication, and surrogacy preparation, not medical care.

You need not complete every test before consulting. Tell the team about frozen eggs, ongoing treatment, or existing results so they can explain what is needed next.

Information for an initial inquiry

Describe your preparation first; provide detailed health and identity records through the receiving party’s requested channel.

  • Previous fertility consultations or treatment.
  • Available test, frozen-egg, or other records.
  • Location, time zone, and suitable contact times.
  • Whether you want to discuss donated gametes.
  • Main questions about medical preparation, time, cost, or law.

Separate completed, ongoing, and undecided matters. For example: “I have previous test results but have not prepared embryos and would like to discuss medical consultation and surrogacy services.” Family assistance does not replace personal authorization for medical records or consent.

Testing and local monitoring

HRC determines tests, validity periods, and record requirements and whether previous results can be used.

Before testing locally, ask about acceptable institutions, test names, report formats, and translation. For local monitoring, clarify the submission channel, interpreting doctor, and medical guidance contact. Ask the team to reconcile different test names or units to reduce duplicate preparation.

Embryo preparation and treatment

The medical team explains treatment choices, main steps, risks, and embryo storage and use. Ask about:

  • The purpose and medical stages of the plan.
  • Medication, monitoring, procedures, and laboratory work.
  • What tests can show and their limitations.
  • Separate charges for care, medication, testing, and storage.

For donated gametes, also clarify source records, screening, authorizations, and legal requirements. Keep medical outcome summaries and laboratory records for later review. Embryo numbers and outcomes vary and should be discussed with the doctor.

Embryo preparation and matching progress

While preparing embryos, learn about services, screening, matching, and legal requirements. When candidate introductions begin and which tasks can run together depend on medical and service conditions.

We help coordinate discussions. Changes to medical preparation may affect matching, legal work, expenses, and booked travel. Medical and legal preparation remains necessary after a match.

Travel for treatment

HRC’s team confirms who must attend, where, and when, as well as the scope for remote consultation or local monitoring.

Before booking, confirm the date, time zone, exact address, attendance requirements, and rescheduling contact. Consider cancellation and change terms because medical plans can change. Check visa, admission, and travel requirements with the relevant authorities; see travel preparation.

Medical and surrogacy budget

Budget for embryo creation and later surrogacy services separately. HRC medical fees, matching, carrier-related costs, legal work, insurance, and travel are different categories.

Ask which cycles, medication, tests, laboratory work, and storage the medical estimate includes. Estimate undecided options separately and update the budget after additional cycles or matching changes. See costs and payment arrangements for details.

Contact and next steps

Tell us your stage, available records, and questions through the contact page. We discuss services and project arrangements; HRC explains medical questions.

As treatment and service scope become clear, review written cost explanations, matching conditions, and legal arrangements. Initial contact does not require medical records or identity documents.
