Surrogate screening

Understand what each assessment does and who makes professional judgments.

Screening and coordination

Screening and matching are connected but address different questions. We coordinate candidate information, communication, and project milestones. HRC handles medical evaluation; relevant professionals handle psychological, legal, and insurance work.

Initial review, an assessment, and readiness for later treatment are different states. We help establish what is complete or pending before discussing matching. Formal services explain the scope. Clinicians confirm age, health, and other medical requirements rather than generic online thresholds.

Candidate records

Pregnancy and health records support professional assessment. A personal profile helps introductions but does not replace clinical records.

We help track requirements and progress; the responsible team decides which records are necessary and sufficient. Request missing records from the issuing institution instead of filling gaps by guesswork.

  • Records received and outstanding.
  • Issuer and approved receiving channel.
  • Who reviews new information.
  • What clients may access with authorization.

Record completeness and medical suitability need separate confirmation.

Medical evaluation by HRC Fertility

HRC evaluates medical records, required tests, and treatment suitability. We coordinate contacts, appointments, and records, not diagnosis or treatment approval.

For additional tests, clarify what is needed, who arranges it, and when the next step can be reviewed. One result does not complete every requirement. Clinicians explain conclusions, risks, and next steps; screening does not guarantee pregnancy or delivery outcomes.

Psychological assessment and practical support

Qualified professionals assess matters that may include understanding the process, motivation, communication expectations, and support. Scope and use of information follow assessment arrangements and authorization.

The parties may separately discuss practical travel to appointments, contact methods, and handling changes. Those conversations do not replace psychological assessment. Clients may learn status and relevant outstanding issues, not automatically receive every sensitive record. Private information is not for public promotion.

Legal, insurance, and background checks

Attorneys assess family and location-related legal requirements. Insurance specialists review coverage; background checks follow the agreed scope and authorization. These cannot be compressed into a single “screening passed” label.

We help track contacts and records. Know each provider, current status, and unresolved issue. Obtain the responsible professional’s explanation if a condition affects continuing a match. Possessing a policy, submitting background information, or contacting an attorney does not complete the respective review.

After assessment

Distinguish missing information, pending assessment, and a professional finding of unsuitability. Each leads to a different next step: supplementing information, waiting for an explanation, or reconsidering matching.

We update progress and tasks. Before another assessment, rescheduling, or introduction, check costs, completed work, and original terms; do not push treatment while conditions remain unclear. Both parties retain informed choice. Withdrawal or an unmet requirement does not justify publicly sharing private information.
