Preparation after matching

After mutual acceptance, continue checking evaluations, agreements, and medical arrangements.

The tasks after acceptance

We help coordinate contacts, information, and progress within scope. Record the responsible party, status, and requirements for each medical, agreement, insurance, and funding task.

  • Assessments needing supplementation or updates.
  • Documents each attorney is handling.
  • Clinic record and confirmation requirements.
  • The client’s next actions.

Keep only necessary information in progress notes; send full clinical and identity records through authorized channels.

Additional assessments and updates

Clinicians and other professionals determine additional tests or records. We help coordinate. Ask what is required, who performs it, whether prior results remain usable, and the cost.

Communicate new health, insurance, or personal circumstances appropriately. Clients may understand project implications; professional records remain subject to authorization.

Agreements and legal preparation

Each attorney explains their client’s rights and responsibilities, agreements, signing, and legal steps. An agency service contract, surrogacy agreement, and parentage process have different functions.

Ask which legal confirmation the clinic needs and how it is sent. Attorneys explain remaining parentage and later documents. We coordinate contact rather than provide legal advice.

Insurance and funds

Insurance specialists explain the insured person, applicable period, and gaps. Fund-management providers explain payment conditions, statements, and replenishment.

Separate service fees, reserves, and third-party costs. Pay against agreements or bills and verify changed account details through previously confirmed contacts.

Transfer and appointment preparation

HRC confirms examinations, medication, appointments, and transfer. We coordinate schedules and records, not medical decisions.

Before booking travel, distinguish estimated dates from confirmed appointments and verify participants, location, and preparation. Ask the clinical team medical questions and follow medical instructions for treatment changes.

Changes and next steps

After withdrawal, changed assessments, travel, or legal circumstances, we help communicate the project effects. Discuss rematching, pausing, or withdrawal with professional advice and applicable agreements.

Review incurred and future expenses, repeat evaluations, and updated documents or authorizations. Record important changes in writing. Responsible providers confirm whether earlier assessments and agreements still apply when restarting.
